1. No Disrespect for another user, or Network Operator will be tolerated in TornadoIRC.

2. No discussion of illegal activities such as, but not limited to, hacking or pirating software.

3. No flooding our network channels.

4. Do not PM/CTCP/DCC/Query a user without asking in the channel first.

5. You may appeal a ban at http://tornadoirc.com/bans/

6. Please don't ask for an oper position. We will post information for applying to volunteer.

7. Bots are allowed, but please ask the channel's owner first. No harmful bots are allowed.

8. TornadoIRC is open to all chatters, however, Staff members have the right to remove users at any time.

9. No linking to torrents or direct downloads for copyrighted material.

10. No porn links in public channels. In actually, please keep any porn links/info/etc off the server entirely. (This isn't the kind of network for that kind of stuff.)

11. Due to abuse, public IRC bouncers are not allowed on our network.

12. Owners of other IRC networks may not use our network as their personal "Yellow Pages" of who's who. ***Disclaimer: Other words if we catch you whoising people to see whose on staff to compare other staff on other networks, you will be dealt with harshly.****

13. You may post links to other servers, but we will not guarantee they will be functional or not replaced.
